May Program Features:

Cleantech LA is a non-profit consortium of research universities, government, and industry whose mission is to foster the conditions necessary for a clean technology ecosystem to take root in the LA region, and by doing so, to establishing the LA region as the global leader in research, commercialization, and deployment of clean technologies. Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) is a newly formed, city-funded private non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the commercialization of clean technologies in Los Angeles. Located in downtown Los Angeles’ Cleantech Corridor, Mr. Walti will provide an update of Cleantech LA & LACI’s progress.

Monthly meetings are held the third Friday morning of each month. These meetings are free to paid LAVA members and sponsors and their guests. All others will be charged a $25 fee.

Green LAVA's purpose:

To promote intelligent investment in So Cal Clean Tech ventures via strategic information, networking events, and private/public collaboration.

Identify the key constituencies LAVA wants to attract; e.g. existing green resources, entrepreneurs, investors, government officials, policymakers, utilities, media, etc.

Capture and share information and network points via our blog to Green LAVA members and general non-members with broad-based content.
