Mohan Ananda, Ph.D., J.D. is in an angel investor based in LA and a serial entrepreneur with several notable exists. He is currently the Chairman & CEO at SecondOpinionExpert, Inc. He was a founder of Envestnet (NYSE:ENV) and the founding Chairman, CEO & President of (Nasdaq:STMP) where he is now a Member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Ananda was instrumental in raising in excess of $450 million of capital for the company through private and public offerings. Dr. Ananda has been also the founder and director of a European VC, JAB Holdings Limited. Gunjan Bagla (co-moderator) has been involved in international business for more than two decades and was on the executive team of multiple venture capital-funded startups. He currently runs a global consultancy firm based in Southern California that helps the US based companies to do business with India. Mr.Bagla is the author of  “Doing Business in 21st Century India” which is rated  five-star on Amazon and has appeared on National Public Radio, Fox Business TV,  BBC Television, the New York Times and the the Los Angeles Times. Jun Zhao is a principal of JJW Group, a Los Angeles and Shanghai based consultancy, specializing in assisting the US companies (including startups) to do business in/with China. A naturalized US citizen, Jun is a Shanghai native and holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University. Jun has nearly 20 years of business experience and has held management positions in several leading companies and consultancies including  Overture Services Inc./Yahoo Inc., a publicly traded Internet search company with over $1 billion in revenues (based in Pasadena, CA, was acquired by Yahoo in 2003). More on LinkedIn

Victoria Silchenko, Ph.D. (moderator) is an adjunct lecturer at CLU teaching a course on Entrepreneurial Finance (MBA); she seats on the LAVA board and is the Chair of Global LAVA. She is the founder & CEO of Metropole Capital Group and creator of the annual NextGen Entrepreneurship and Global Crowdfunding Forum. She is also a contributing writer for the Huffington Post  and Los Angeles Business Journal. In 2013 she was nominated by the Los Angeles Business Journal to the Women Making A Difference Awards.
