Woodrow W. Clark II, MA3, Ph.D.
Dr. Clark is an internationally recognized scholar, author and expert in the science of economics, renewable energy, and sustainable communities.
He was a contributing scientist to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (UNIPCC), which as an organization was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in December 2007.
His first company was formed at the age of 14 in Connecticut called Wayne-Wood Nurseries.
Then after his PhD from UC Berkeley, he formed Clark Communications, a mass media company in San Francisco, which he re-launched as Clark Mass Media Corp (CM2C) in Beverly Hills in 2012.
In the 1990s, he was the Managing Director for Energy Technology Transfer at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).
Then in 2000 due to the California Energy Crisis, while a Visiting Professor of Science, Technology and Entrepreneurship at Aalborg University (Denmark), Clark was asked to be the Renewable Energy Advisor to California Governor Gray Davis.
After the ‘recall’ of Governor Davis in 2003, he formed Clark Strategic Partners, a full service environmental and renewable energy, technologies, economics, consulting firm in 2004 with eleven books published on these topics and giving keynote lectures around the world as well as regular writer for the Huffington Post.
Today he is on the board for one public company and three Newcos as well as active in the Producers’ Guild of America.
Dr. Clark earned three masters degrees from different universities in Illinois and his Ph.D. at University of California, Berkeley.
