The How, Why, What, When and How Much funding to raise for your company.

Date: Tuesday 3/10/2015

Time: 11:30am-1:30pm

Location: TBD (In Santa Monica Area)

You have your concept, your team, marketing strategy, maybe even some sales, and now it’s time to raise capital to start or expand your company.  Are you ready?  Do you have all your financial ducks in a row? Is the timing right for your company for an Angel round? For a Series A round? Do you know how much you need to launch and to make it through your first year or two? What are investors looking for in a company? What triggers the funding?  Is Crowdfunding the right path for your company?

These are the questions our experienced panel will help you wade through, to help you have a clear picture of what you need to have ready for your raise.

It’s important to be strongly positioned for the future. You want to raise enough money to put the company in a strong position to achieve the necessary operational and financial milestones, maximize the probability of raising future capital, and not too much so that you are being wasteful.

WinLAVA wants to help you get your financial house in order. This panel of experts covers the perspectives of the VC/Investor, CFO/Operating strategy, the Entrepreneur and alternative funding sources.
