    Southern California Business Growth Conference

    The Conference will combine the resources, energy, and connections of two of Southern California's premier business entrepreneurship conferences; the HBSAOC’s (Harvard Business School Association of Orange County) Entrepreneur's Conference, (25 years), and the LAVA’s Investment Capital Conference (18 years). 

    The two organizations are teaming up to provide valuable real-world content, access to capital, and a chance to connect with the "golden rolodexes" of HBSAOC and LAVA. 

     

    The conference organizing committee is proud to announce that Meg Whitman, former CEO of e-Bay, will be the keynote speaker. Meg Whitman served as eBay’s president and CEO for 10 years. During her tenure, eBay grew from 30 employees and a little over $4 million in revenue to more than 15,000 employees and $7.7 billion in revenue. Under Meg’s leadership, eBay expanded globally and developed a culture and infrastructure that turned eBay into an unparalleled business success story. Using her expertise in brand building and consumer marketing, Meg turned eBay into a household name and revolutionized the way goods are bought, sold and paid for on line.
