SPONSORING LAVA EVENTS
We offer sponsorship opportunities for all of our monthly Breakfast Meetings and our Investment Capital Conference.
The following information applies to sponsorship of our Breakfast Meetings. Please refer to the Investment Capital Conference website for information on sponsoring the conference.
Your benefits for sponsoring a Breakfast Meeting:
- Two complimentary registrations to the event
- Your company name or logo on the event's page on LAVA's website and on all email announcements promoting the event
- Right to place your promotional materials at each table at the event
- A table for you to display materials or a booth you provide
- Recognition of your sponsorship from the podium
- 30-second pitch at the event
- Your logo on any signage at the event
Sponsorship levels:
- Bronze Sponsor -One breakfast during a 12-month period.
- Silver Sponsor - Three breakfasts during a 12-month period.
- Gold Sponsor - Ten breakfasts during a 12-month period. In addition to the benefits listed above, this level of sponsorship allows you to have a qualified member of your organization be either the moderator or a panelist at two meetings during the year, and to an ad in the inside front or back cover of the printed program, if any, for that meeting.
- We accept "in-kind" sponsorships by organizations that provide products or services for which LAVA would otherwise have to pay for.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any sponsorship applications or requests. Sponsorship is not exclusive for any meeting.
Sponsors of the Investment Capital Conference will receive a 20% discount on any of the three breakfast sponsorship levels when purchased together.
