Catastrophic fires. Biblical-level floods. Active shooters. Malicious cyberattacks. Natural and civil disasters are increasing in frequency and intensity, threatening to paralyze our infrastructure.
Billions of dollars are pouring into this sector: it’s a matter of life and death.
Resilience--the ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from disaster--is one of the highest priorities for business, government and society. Resilience cannot be left to government alone – the innovation and expertise of entrepreneurs, investors and service providers is crucial in developing solutions.
