    I am a passionate musician and innovation leader; and have spent most of my professional career leading and promoting projects that use innovative technology to promote and expand music recommendations and listings. 

    I am an autodidact particularly inspired by the effect of music on human minds and hearts, exploring this topic over the last three years in many contexts while learning from world-leading brain researchers, neurosurgeons and bio-engineers. I still play the piano, not professionally, mostly in classical repertoires, and have also studied how to conduct orchestras.

    As an entrepreneur and business executive, I have over 18 years of experience in the new media, telecommunications, internet, mobile and digital-health industries, leading several innovations from inception and product strategy, to development and product management, to commercialization in global markets.     Mr. Banayan has founded and led business ventures in healthcare, technology, and services. Presently, among his leadership affiliations is Chronaly Inc. (Chronaly) where he is the Co-Founder and CEO. As Co-Founder and CEO of Chronaly, Mr. Banayan leads a multi-disciplinary team in their mission to develop and commercialize SaaS digital health applications for developmental disorders such autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).     Mark Siegfried is a business development and client relationship leader with over 30 years of experience.  He has held sales and business development leadership positions at the local, regional and national levels, with public and private companies.  Mark’s industry expertise includes but is not limited to aerospace & defense, healthcare, life sciences, financial services and technology.

    Prior to working with Stanton Chase, Mark was a Business Development Executive in the Los Angeles office of Moss Adams.  There he focused on developing the firm’s relationships with companies in the aerospace & defense, healthcare, life sciences, and technology industries.  Prior to Moss Adams, Mark was one of the Founding Executives of Archetype Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm providing private wealth management advice and guidance to mass affluent clients.  His experience also includes eight years as a Client Relationship Executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers where in addition to business development, he facilitated sales methodologies workshops for partners and directors, and led account planning workshops for strategic clients.  He also spent ten years in sales leadership positions at AT&T, and six years in senior account management roles with National Semiconductor.
